Whether you’re a married couple or just friends, we welcome you to the studio for some fun in the mud. We will guide the two of you along with 3 other couples through the basic steps of throwing on the potter’s wheel. Feel free to bring snacks, beer, wine or other beverages to enjoy during class. We will have aprons, but wear clothes you don’t mind getting dirty. This event is for adults age 18 and older.

Beth Blaskovich is a seasoned solo and collaborative musician with more than 20 years of performance experience across diverse settings throughout the US and Europe. She holds a Bachelor of Music in piano from the University of Montana and brings a rich background in piano, voice, and percussion. Her classical training is complemented by standout performances, including an appearance at Vienna’s famed Musikverein.

A passionate educator, Beth has taught piano and voice for more than 15 years. She currently runs a vibrant piano studio in Steamboat Springs, where she has worked with hundreds of students of all ages. Her teaching blends technical skill with creativity, aiming to awaken each student’s musicality, confidence, and expressive voice.

Born and raised on country music and southern rock in northern Georgia, Jr. Adams left his home in search of the open roads and golden tunes. His songwriting has an earnestness and warmth that brings to mind artists like Ron Sexsmith and The Jayhawks, while his sound on his first solo album is closer to the stripped-down work of more contemporary artists like Vetiver and Phosphorescent.

Wax Monkey is a 5-piece jam band composed of childhood friends hailing from Birmingham, Alabama. The members first started jamming together in high school before officially forming the band in 2023 while attending the University of Alabama. Rooted in the spirit of musical exploration, Wax Monkey draws inspiration from legends such as The Grateful Dead, Phish, and The Allman Brothers Band—blending aspects of Southern rock, psychedelic rock, and improvisational jams.

40oz to Freedom’ is an accomplished and highly energetic Sublime tribute band and winner of the 2010 San Diego Music Award for Best Tribute Artist.40oz has toured the entire US, Canada, and Mexico for more than 18 years, amassing a loyal and enthusiastic following. They are authentically the closest thing to Sublime, since Sublime. 40oz was founded in SoCal in 2007 and is currently based in Denver, CO.

The Clay Street Unit: “Whenever we’re onstage, we’re just trying to throw a party,” says Clay Street Unit’s Sam Walker. Formed in Denver in 2021, the band brings together members from across the South and West, blending bluegrass, country, rock, and roots influences into a sound all their own. After building a strong local following at venues like Cervantes, they quickly took their high-energy live show on the road. Sneezy preforms live at Snow Bowl’s Free Summer Music Festival.

In a career spanning more than 50 years, dozens of albums, and too many shows to count, Marty Stuart continues to chart new territory at every opportunity. A five-time Grammy Award-winner, Congress of Country Music founder, Country Music Hall of Famer, and AMA Lifetime Achievement Award recipient, he has left an indelible mark on successive eras of country music and culture. He went from accompanying Lester Flatt and Johnny Cash to launching a storied solo career highlighted by classic albums such as the Gold-certified Hillbilly Rock and Platinum-certified This One’s Gonna Hurt You, as well as Grammy Award-winning anthems including “The Whiskey Ain’t Workin’” [with Travis Tritt] and “Same Old Train.”

Join internationally acclaimed violinist Chee-Yun for an exclusive evening at a private home, featuring an intimate performance, cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, and a special conversation with Verne Lundquist. Guests will have the opportunity to engage directly with Chee-Yun during a Q&A, gaining insight into her artistry, career, and musical perspective in a relaxed, up-close setting.

Works by Paul Schoenfield and Zez Confrey evoke the wit and sparkle of American café culture, while Kurt Weill’s iconic “Mack the Knife” and Astor Piazzolla’s sultry Café 1930 reflect the era’s international spirit and artistic daring. Stop by Warehome Studios on Friday, July 24th, to check out all the amazing new work coming out of our big gas-fired reduction kiln. Everything in the kiln has been created by our current studio renters, students, resident artists, and interns. It’s a great chance to meet other creative folks in the area and learn about the different styles that can be seen in this type of firing. This is a potluck event, so feel free to bring a drink or snack to share, but don’t let that stop you from coming if you don’t have something to share this time. Friends and family are more than welcome!

Set in her beautiful garden, this elevated garden party is a celebration of art, nature, and community—complete with snacks, beverages, and opportunities to purchase artwork.
