A Taste of the Valley
Burrito Bar Lunch Burrito
Restaurant Week returns to Steamboat Springs on Saturday, giving locals and visitors a chance to explore the flavors of the Yampa Valley and support local restaurants. This year, participating restaurants can showcase their unique flavors, dishes and specials by choosing from two themes: Chef’s Choice and Eat Like a Local.
Chef’s Choice allows restaurants to feature a dish the chef wants to highlight, whether it’s a creative new offering or something special from the kitchen.
Eat Like a Local focuses on dishes or drinks that are already favorites among Steamboat locals and regular customers.
Restaurants can choose one theme or participate in both, giving diners the chance to try something selected by the chef or enjoy a tried-and-true local favorite.
Restaurant Week is hosted by Main Street Steamboat and runs from Saturday-Saturday, Oct. 3-10. For more information and to view participating restaurants, visit https://www.mainstreetsteamboat.com/2026-restaurant-week.
